Do you love book covers? I do, a lot. As a European book blogger I stumble all the time over different national book covers for the same book. I was and am still very much fascinated by this and therefore created this feature where international book covers are presented and compared to each other.

Moira Young’s dystopian novel Blood Red Road was published last year for the first time and there already plenty of countries where the book is available as well. I haven’t read the book but it’s on my TBR pile. Hopefully I can read it soon. Very often the design of a book differs only slightly in the international editions. Blood Red Road instead offers a huge variety of covers and most of them are quite pretty. I think my favourite is the new S edition. The colour combined with the female silhouette is just awesome. In addition I like the design of the Dutch edition, but the colouring doesn’t work for me. The Bulgarian cover doesn’t do anything for me. It’s too plain and the font is terrible.
